Professors Sir John Gurdon FRS and C. H. Lee PhD Studentship

The Professors Sir John Gurdon FRS and C. H. Lee PhD Studentship at Magdalene College supports one academically outstanding female UK PhD student from a low-income background studying medical or biological sciences. The maximum award is expected to be in the region of up to £30,000 per annum to cover the University composition fee, and average basic living costs which are estimated by the University to be £19,020. The award will be adjusted based on the recipient’s other funding sources.

There is no separate application process but you are able to express an interest in the award at the time of making your application. All eligible applicants who apply by the relevant deadline will be considered.
