Motrescu-Mayes Bursary in Media and Visual Studies

Two entrance bursaries of £1,000 each awarded to new postgraduate students in the area of media and visual studies. The candidates for the bursary are likely to be PhD or MPhil students in the subjects of Film and Screen Studies, Sociology (The Sociology of Media and Culture), or students within languages, archaeology, gender studies, anthropology, history of art or digital humanities who are conducting research within the field of media and visual studies.

The bursaries are open to Clare Hall students of both Home and Overseas fee status, and will be awarded on the basis of merit, and need.
